Øresund Residence

From the project’s inception, I was involved in registration, authorities project, and design proposals. As the project grew in complexity, I took on BIM management, coordinating closely with all disciplines while also contributing as a detailed designer. I worked on-site, refining technical solutions and ensuring smooth execution through revised design materials to maintain project quality and consistency.

A.C. BANG HUS

As BIM Lead, I provided detailed design and BIM management for the entire building, with a primary focus on the new top floors. I was responsible for registering the existing structure, ensuring accurate documentation for renovation and expansion. The two additional floors were constructed using prefabricated steel profiles manufactured outside Denmark. I worked closely with local engineers, converting their sketches into a BIM model, which was shared with the factory for production. Throughout the construction phase, I conducted site visits to ensure the design was properly followed and integrated into the build process.

As a supplementary BIM manager my main focus was the customization and implementation of the skylight system. I worked on developing detailed BIM models, adapting Velux skylights into the architectural design, and ensuring their feasibility for production and installation. My role also included coordinating between engineers, manufacturers, and the construction team to refine the skylight cassette system, optimizing it for efficient on-site assembly.

Nomad Campus

Nomad Campus redefines temporary housing with a mobile, circular, and adaptable design. Unlike traditional solutions, its modular units are built for frequent relocation, allowing student camps to be placed for 3–5 years before moving to a new site. The system prioritizes affordability through standardization, privacy with self-contained units, and sustainability with bio-based materials that lock in CO₂. More than just functional, its architecture creates a strong urban presence, offering a flexible and future-proof alternative to current market solutions.

Vi skal gøre hvad vi kan for at få løst problemet med de manglende studieboliger i København. Så vi byder alle initiativer velkomne”. ”I Nomad Campus har et godt tænkt koncept. Det ser flot ud og så er det bæredygtigt. Så what’s not to like? I har min fulde støtte…

CAMILLA VAN DEURS | TIDLIGERE STADSARKITEKT I KØBENHAVN

RASMUS JESSING | BYGGEDIREKTØR I KAB

RUNE JESPERSEN / DEPARTEMENTCHEF I ØKONOMIFORVALTNINGEN KØBENHAVN KOMMUNE

As a founding partner, I was responsible for driving the development and progression of the Nomad Campus project, shaping it into a viable housing concept. I worked on researching market trends, refining the mobile housing system, and shaping its prefabrication strategy to optimize production and deployment efficiency.

Beyond design and technical development, I played a key role in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development, ensuring that the project aligned with industry needs. I actively led funding outreach, secured partnerships, and presented Nomad Campus to investors, municipalities, and key industry players. I also created and maintained the project team, bringing together professionals from various fields to develop and refine the concept.

The complexity and challenges of volunteering for such an ambitious project gave me a strong introduction to the business side of project development, from navigating funding processes to understanding regulatory frameworks and market validation.

Sortedam Dossering

Working on behalf of Novaform Architects, I played a key role in developing a renovation project for real estate developers. My responsibilities included building registration, converting two design proposals from sketches into detailed Revit models, and producing Enscape renderings to visualize both concepts. Additionally, I helped present the proposals to the client, ensuring a clear and compelling project narrative.

The proposal was well received, and the client decided to move forward with the project. However, the development is currently on pause.

Dronningens Tværgade

A private apartment renovation in the heart of Copenhagen, featuring a roof conversion into a private terrace. Working with Novaform Architects, my role involved registering existing conditions, preparing architectural drawings, and creating visualizations for the authorities to support the approval process.

R35

A private house project in Greve, where I collaborated with two architectural teams and experienced engineers to transform a unique design into a buildable solution. My primary tasks included preparing the authorities project and developing detailed design materials.

L37

One of several private CLT house projects in Iceland, developed in collaboration with Andersen Sigurdsson Architects. My primary tasks included converting architectural designs into CLT production drawings, performing quality assurance, and coordinating with engineers and factory design teams to ensure precision and buildability.

M10

One of several projects in the Faroe Islands, developed in collaboration with Olsen and Teknistovan Architects. My primary tasks included converting architectural sketches into a Revit model for client presentations, preparing authorities drawings, and developing detailed design materials. Additionally, I facilitated communication with factories in Lithuania for timber element production and installation, ensuring alignment between design intent and manufacturing constraints.
