About Organon

My journey into construction started with a background in interior design, where I quickly realized that creative ideas often run into technical challenges. Wanting to bridge that gap, I pursued a Constructing Architect degree, which gave me the tools to work across design, detailing, and construction coordination. Over the past decade in the Nordic construction industry, I’ve worked with B2B clients, supporting architects, developers, and manufacturers in delivering practical, buildable solutions.

My focus has been on BIM management, detailed design, and off-site construction, with experience in large-scale renovations, modular housing, and residential projects. Whether working on a high-end residence or optimizing prefabrication workflows, I’ve always been drawn to the technical side of design—turning concepts into reality with precision and efficiency.

Beyond client work, I’ve also dedicated time to volunteering efforts, leading a student housing initiative in Copenhagen. This experience exposed me to the real estate development process, project management, and the challenges of securing funding.
